For prospective members who want to give us a try, we offer free CrossFit intro classes.* You have the choice of starting with our first Fundamental class which takes place on Monday at either 9:30 am or 7 pm, or our free Saturday Intro class at 10am.
In the Fundamental or 101 class, we introduce the foundations upon which CrossFit is based and then teach the squat, front squat and overhead squat and lead participants through a chipper workout for their first “WOD.”
In our free Intro Class Saturday’s at 10 am*, we go over the foundations of CrossFit, introduce a few fundamental movements and then take you through a 17 minute Fight Gone Bad-style body-weight workout capable of leaving even veteran CrossFitters on the ground making sweat angels.
