At Reebok CrossFit Miami Beach we have multiple packages to fit all types of lifestyles and goals.
Take the first step by jumping into one of our FREE Fundamental Classes which are offered Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, where you will be introduced to CrossFit through all the different movements, lessons and workouts (WODs). You will learn 9 basic fundamental exercises and skills, while gaining knowledge of our workout structure. Not only do we focus on building our community, but most importantly we target client’s safety where you can apply the basic tools to achieve optimal health and fitness.
Your first Fundamental class is completely on us, while the other two are free with a membership. You may show up to the Fundamental class of your choice without any prior registration, as well as our FREE Saturday class.
